Shipping methods and costs
Shipments are made through DHL and the shipping costs vary according to the country of destination (please see the table below) and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Order deliveries in Italy have an average of 2-3 working days with a maximum of 10 working days from the day following the order.
International order deliveries have an average of 3-4 working days with a maximum of 14 working days from the day following the order.
Shipping times vary depending on the delivery address and the availability of the items; the timing provided in the table is to be considered indicative and we are not responsible for any delays caused by the credit card authorization or bank transfer receipt processes and for delays due to the courier.

Return policy
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the day you received the products purchased on www.ottotredici.it¸; before proceeding with the shipment you must contact us at the e-mail address returns@ottotredici.com or use the appropriate form on the Site.
The return shipping costs are charged to the customer and the products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen working days from the date of their receipt.
The goods must be returned intact, clean, odorless, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes, packaging and identification tag).
The right of withdrawal cannot be applied if the garment has been personalized or made to measure at the request of the customer.
Refund times and methods
After receiving your return and checking that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return and the refund will be activated as soon as possible.
The actual time for crediting or returning the sums you paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
A. Credit / Debit Card Purchase: The repayment time depends on the credit / debit card management company, but usually takes place within two bank statements. We remind you that the value date of the re-credit is the same as the debit, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
B. purchase via PayPal: the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund on the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
